Sandra is a running dietitian and International Olympic Committee graduate. Sandra combines her athletic experience with her passion for nutrition to help athletes of all ages fuel their training, recovery, performance, and busy lives. Whether you are working towards your next marathon pb or just starting on your active lifestyle journey, Sandra can develop a nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle and goals.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health with a major in dietetics from the University of British Columbia. She has been working as a clinical dietitian for over 6 years in many areas of practice including pediatrics, gastroenterology, and oncology.

Although there is no formal certification to wear the title of sports dietitian in Canada, Sandra wanted to further her education to provide the best possible knowledge and expertise to her clients. Sandra completed her sports nutrition diploma through the International Olympic Committee, which involved 2 years of study with guidance from international experts in sports nutrition

Sandra is also committed to playing an active and meaningful part in decolonizing dietetic practice.

Krystal is a passionate sports dietitian, seasoned ultrarunner, race organizer, and dedicated volunteer- rumored to be a wizard with tired feet at aid stations! Since running her first marathon in 2003, she has broken 3 hours in the marathon, taken on countless ultras including the Comrades Ultra in South Africa and a recent 100 miler, and become a dedicated member of the trail running community.

Krystal blends her expertise in nutrition with her love of endurance sport, offering an empathetic perspective to the athletes she supports. With over 15 years of experience as a certified diabetes educator, she is proficient in insulin, continuous glucose monitoring, and insulin pump technologies. Her clinical focus includes fueling before/during/after endurance sports, diabetes in sport, and nutrition across the female lifespan-including pregnancy and postpartum care. Terry is a sport dietitian and former UBC rugby player who helps high-performance and tactical athletes fuel for strength, endurance, and recovery. His expertise spans performance nutrition for endurance and team sports, firefighter and first responder fueling, and strategies for managing energy availability and recovery.

Drawing from his experience in both clinical and athletic settings, Terry supports athletes from grassroots to elite levels—including those competing in events like the BC Bike Race, BMO Marathon, and Premier League Rugby. His approach combines evidence-based science with real-world practicality to help clients perform at their best, day after day.

Karel is a climber, endurance athlete, and Registered Dietitian based in Squamish, BC. She completed her Bachelor’s in Nutrition at the Université de Montréal and is pursuing advanced training in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee to better support athletes and active individuals through every stage of training, performance, and recovery.

With a background in competitive swimming, triathlon, rock climbing, and ultramarathon, Karel blends both personal experience and professional expertise into her work. She supports climbers, endurance athletes, and active individuals of all levels with navigating fueling strategies, injury recovery, and performance goals. Karel is passionate about making nutrition practical, personalized, and empowering, helping people feel strong, confident, and well-fueled without restriction or guilt.

She has expertise in providing evidenced-based information to support eating disorder recovery, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), and hypothalamic amenorrhea.
